We’re ready to beta test and need your help
Thank you for your interest in TagAcam. We’re really excited to let you know we’re ready to move from alpha testing to beta testing the TagAcam app.
What is beta testing?
Beta testing is the last stage of testing, and we’re keen to get as many people involved as possible. It’s an opportunity for us to get TagAcam into your hands as quickly as possible. With the number of different smartphone models, software versions and configurations, you may discover compatibility issues with our app that we may not be aware of. Using the feedback, we can fix problems at the earliest stage, meaning TagAcam will be the best it can be, as quickly as possible.
What will I need to do?
We would simply ask that you download the TagAcam app and use it whilst riding or driving, giving us feedback on any issues you find, or any suggestions for improvements.
TagAcam will be free to use for the duration of the beta test. To fully test the capability of TagAcam, we would also recommend purchasing a SmartButton. This is the legal way to report and confirm mobile sites to the community. Full instructions on how to use can be found in the TagAcam user instructions available from the website.
How long will I be involved for?
We plan to test for 3 months. We would like all of our beta testers to be able to test for this period of time as a minimum.
What happens at the end of the test?
We go live!
And as a valued beta tester, we’ll give you TagAcam free for the first 6 months.
